Real-time possibilities in OHIP

This article introduces the real-time event processing capabilities of the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) for accessing data in Opera Cloud. It outlines two methods for receiving business object events: the more complex but persistent Streaming API via WebSockets, and the simpler Poll API using REST calls, providing initial steps and considerations for each, along with recommendations for processing and integrating the received data.
