After several years of working in big international corporations, I decided to start as an independent consultant. With more than 15 years of experience in Loyalty, Marketing, Technology and Customer Experience, I now assist brands in formulating their strategies, convert these into action and implement the initiatives.

Several years of experience working with customer service, marketing, social media, and writing. Truly passionate about building good customer experiences through relationship marketing, digital marketing, and social media. I now manage the marketing activities for Hallerud Consulting, as well as assist brands with creating meaningful initiatives.
